Many companies, research institutes and individual tenants have preceded you and have used the services of EHR to their complete satisfaction. We would like to get to know you by means of an informative telephone call supplemented with a questionnaire in order to properly map your needs with regard to a home.
It can be quite a challenge to find a nice rental house in the Netherlands. With a population of 17,5 million and a land area of 41,500 km2, the Netherlands is number 3 on the list of most densely populated countries in Europe. A good reason to tackle the search for a house thoroughly and to call in the expertise of a specialised rental agent.
Placing a search with EHR means that you get a complete picture of all available houses. What are rental restrictions, what do you have to comply with and what must you provide: EHR advices and assists you throughout the entire process. We also provide translations of rental agreements, which usually must be signed in the Dutch version.
But our service goes further. We assist you in connecting utilities and have a Third Party Fund where your deposit is safe. The deposit serves as security for compliance with the obligations that result from the rental agreement and may not be used for other purposes.
A digital delivery report with extensive photo report is drawn up by your rental agent at the start of the rental period and is sent to you. This measurement is very important to achieve a fair settlement at the end of the rental period. What is expected of you and what the landlord is responsible for will be handed to you in clear multilingual manuals. It is always good to know where you stand. That too is EHR, Made to Match!
