Privacystatement

At Lifeport Welcome Center we believe it is important to deal responsible with personal data. We only process personal data as permitted within the AVG [General Data Protection Regulation]. In this privacy statement we explain how we do this.

Partners/ Suppliers

If you are a partner or supplier of Lifeport Welcome Center, we will keep contact details in addition to the general company details. This concerns data such as name, e-mail address, telephone number and function.   As long as you are our partner or supplier, we need those contact details. After an agreement with Lifeport Welcome Center has expired, it may be that these data are still retained, for example when they are linked to a contract, invoice or other official document.

Contact

If you call or email us, we need information from you to help you further. We store your name, company name, e-mail address and / or telephone number to answer your question or to get in touch with you again. Once the question has been processed, we will delete this information immediately. If our contact leads to a (possible) assignment, then the policy applies as described under 'Partners/Suppliers'.

Cookies

To measure the visit on our website, our website places cookies (a small text file on your PC, tablet or mobile in which information is stored). The use of cookies is of great importance for the proper functioning of our website, and the input from visitors gives a good picture of the use of the website and how we can improve it. The advertising cookie helps us reach the right target group with the right message, but the cookie also ensures that you are not continuously contacted by the same advertisement. On a first visit to our website you will receive a notification of our cookies where you can indicate your preferences. These preferences can be adjusted via the settings of your browser, or you can adjust it in your cookie preferences on this page. Do know that if you block our cookies, certain functions and pages on our website do not work in the usual way. Knowing more? Read more about our cookie policy.

Website visit

We keep track of visiting our websites through Google Analytics. This is mainly done in a privacy-friendly manner, where website visits are recorded anonymously. In addition, we use the advertising possibilities of Google Analytics in order to better reach our right target group. To do this, Google advertising cookies are used to enable certain features, such as remarketing, for products like AdWords on the Google Display Network. You can find more information about how Google uses advertising cookies here.

Applications

Nice if you want to work at Lifeport Welcome Center! If you have applied for a job with us but have not been invited for an interview, or if we unexpectedly can not figure it out, we will retain your data for another four weeks after the closing date of the vacancy. If it is interesting to keep your data longer, so that we can approach you in the future for new similar vacancies, we will store your data for a maximum of one year. For this you give us permission separately.

Changes in our privacy statement

It is possible that we will make changes to our privacy policy in the future. Of course we will also include these in this privacy statement. Date of last change: 9th July 2020

In any case, know that we only use the information we receive from you for the intended purpose. For example, we will never pass on unsolicited customer data to third parties, and if you call us with a question you will never receive a newsletter.
