Health Insurance Information Session
This event is intended for international employees from Radboud University, Radboud UMC and other companies affiliated with Lifeport Welcome Center.
In the Netherlands you can only adjust your health insurance package or change health insurance companies at the end of the year. But do you know exactly what is covered by your basic insurance package and whether or not you need additional insurance? Do you know how to compare rates at the different Dutch insurance companies?
In order to support you in making the right choices, the Lifeport Welcome Center will hold an information session on the Dutch system of health insurance. The information session will be specifically aimed at international staff working in the region.
At the meeting, Jan van Brero and Ian Proctor, Insurance Experts at VGZ, and Tijmen Noordegraaf, Client Consultant at AON, will share all the ins and outs of the Dutch health insurance system. At the end of the session you will have the opportunity to ask questions about your individual situation and any other general questions you may have.
Any changes to your health insurance will need to be finalized between 13th November and 31st December 2023. Because of this deadline it is important that you check the details of your insurance now and see whether or not they still match your needs. So don’t miss this opportunity!
